Early-bird registrations are accepted up until April 6th, 2026 (23:59).
(*) A full regular registration covers one paper in the main conference and one workshop paper. A main regular registration covers one paper in the main conference. Additional papers must be covered by a separate regular registration of any kind.
(**) A workshop’s regular registration covers one paper in one workshop. Additional papers must be covered by a separate workshop’s regular registration.
If you register as a student, you must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (Enrollment document, Valid student card, etc.) at most one week after the registration to: rcis-inforsid@univ-tlse1.fr
If you have to cancel the registration before or on April 19th, 2026, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper (main conference or workshops), you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at: rcis-inforsid@univ-tlse1.fr. Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
