How to Use IEEE PDF eXpress

Camera-Ready Paper Upload

Camera-ready versions of accepted papers must be submitted in PDF format on the IEEE RCIS 2018 submission site at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rcis2018

Please use the EasyChair "Proceedings" menu of your author account for submitting the camera-ready version.

Please use the IEEE PDF eXpress tool (Conference ID: 43556X) to convert your source file into IEEE Xplore compliant PDF File or to check if your own PDF file is IEEE Xplore compliant.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

To use IEEE PDF eXpress tool and check if your own PDF file is IEEE Xplore compliant please log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://www.pdf-express.org/) and complete the form (first-time users) or log in to the system (previous users of PDF eXpress):

First-time users should do the following :

  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
    • 43556X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
Then, an Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent confirming your new account and access information.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Then, once in the PDF eXpress system, submit your own PDF file and verify that it is IEEE Xplore compliant. It is important to note that submitting a file to IEEE PDF eXpress is only for creation of a compliant PDF file, you must still submit your final paper through the RCIS 2018 submission site.
