Information on Registration, Submission of the paper final version:
  • By submitting a paper, authors implicitly agree that at least one of them will register to the conference and present the paper. Only papers that have been presented by their authors during the conference will be published in IEEE Proceedings.
  • All information on registration is available here on the Registration page

Since Proceedings will be published with the IEEE Conference Publications Program through IEEE Xplore digital library, final versions of papers must be formatted using the IEEE 2-column format (see Conference Templates).

* Final versions should be limited to a maximum of
  • 12 pages for LONG papers
  • 6 pages for WORK IN PROGRESS papers
  • 6 pages for DOCTORAL papers
  • 2 pages for POSTERS
  • 2 pages for DEMOS

and be submitted in PDF format on the IEEE RCIS 2014 submission site at https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=rcis2014 along with the paper source files (MS word or .zip format).

Please use the EasyChair "Proceedings " menu of your author account for submitting the camera-ready.

* Please use the IEEE PDF eXpress tool (Conference ID: 32598X) to convert your source file into IEEE Xplore compliant PDF File or to check if your own PDF file is IEEE Xplore compliant. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

It is important to note that submitting a file to IEEE PDF eXpress is only for creation of a compliant PDF file, you must still submit your final paper through online submission.

Upload the final version of your paper with authors names, without page numbers, without header nor footer and without paper ID.



IEEE Online Copyright form
Once one author registered for the paper, the online copyright form will be available at the registration page



Registration at the conference
* The conference registration must be completed with respect to the schedule provided to the authors in order to have the paper included in the IEEE RCIS 2014 conference kit to be distributed during the conference.
