IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS
To be published in the IEEE RCIS 2016 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one Author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL Rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication ready version of the paper.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Deadline for authors registration : 22 avril 2016.
Deadline for non authors registration : 30 mai 2016.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the rcis2016@ieeefrance.org. The registration fee will not be refunded to the authors if it is required to cover the publication expenses of accepted papers.
Cancellations received before May 15 2016 are refundable minus a 72 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Additional banquet tickets and additional proceedings will not be refunded after May 15 2016.
Unused lunch and banquet tickets will be neither refunded nor exchanged with other tickets or services.
